AI Your Business is a coaching program and software platform operated by Business Masters Enterprises Inc., 2561 Floral Valley Drive, Dacula, GA 30019. For any privacy question or request, email support@info.fixandscale.cloud.

• Information you submit through signup and application forms: your name, email address, phone number, and business details such as company name, role, industry and the answers you give about your operations.
• Account data: login email and password credentials (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Content you create in the platform: assessments, workflows, prompts and builder outputs.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive transaction status and billing metadata only — we do not store card numbers.
• Usage analytics: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and feature usage events.

• To deliver the program and give you access to the platform.
• To communicate with you about your enrolment, sessions and support requests.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To keep accounts secure and detect abuse.
• To improve the service using aggregated usage data.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share only what is necessary with service providers acting on our instructions, in these categories:

• Our payment processor, to take payment and handle billing.
• Our CRM and email platform, to manage enrolment and send program messages.
• Our hosting, database and authentication providers, to run the platform.
• Our analytics provider, to understand product usage.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep account and program records while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Financial records are retained for the period required by law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@info.fixandscale.cloud. We acknowledge requests within one business day and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to measure how the site and platform are used.

The platform is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
