Security

The platform stores your account details (name, email, phone), the business information you submit through signup and application forms, and the content you create inside the product — assessments, workflows, prompts and builder outputs. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

• All traffic to the site and platform is served over HTTPS.
• Accounts use email and password authentication; passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
• Data access is scoped per account at the database level, so one customer's records are not readable by another.
• Administrative access is limited to named staff of Business Masters Enterprises Inc. who need it to support the program.
• Uploaded files are held in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links.

Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are entered with that provider and are never stored on our systems.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@info.fixandscale.cloud with steps to reproduce. We acknowledge reports within one business day. Please do not access other users' data, degrade the service, or publicly disclose an issue before we have had a chance to respond.
