AI Your Business — Program Policies & User Agreement. AI Your Business is operated by Business Masters Enterprises Inc., 2561 Floral Valley Drive, Dacula, GA 30019.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in AI Your Business (“Program”), including any associated platform, website, course materials, coaching sessions, workshops, templates, tools, builders, downloads, or related services, you (“Participant,” “User,” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Program.
2. Program Description
AI Your Business is an educational and implementation-focused business coaching program designed to help business owners understand, evaluate, deploy, and operationalize artificial intelligence (“AI”) systems, workflows, automations, and operational business infrastructure.
The core Program is a four-week live, instructor-led business coaching cohort. The price is $450, payable as one payment unless a different written arrangement is agreed in advance.
The Program may include:
- Live cohort coaching sessions
- Educational content
- Guided implementation workshops
- Templates and frameworks
- AI implementation tools
- Prompt libraries
- Workflow builders
- AI workspace setup guidance
- Operational planning systems
- Downloadable resources
- Access to online platform features
The Program is educational and strategic in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, tax, employment, regulatory, or professional consulting advice.
3. Educational & Business Coaching Disclaimer
The Program is intended solely for educational, operational, and business coaching purposes.
AI Your Business, its owners, instructors, affiliates, contractors, coaches, employees, and partners make no promises regarding:
- revenue increases
- profitability
- operational outcomes
- business valuation
- customer acquisition
- cost savings
- efficiency gains
- or business performance
Business results vary significantly based on implementation, leadership, business conditions, market conditions, operational execution, team performance, financial resources, and numerous external factors beyond our control.
Participants are solely responsible for business decisions, implementation, operational changes, software configuration, and use of AI systems.
4. Participation Requirements
Participants are expected to actively engage in the Program.
To get the intended value from the Program, participants are expected to:
- Complete all required lessons within the designated Program timeframe
- Attend all required live coaching sessions in person unless otherwise approved
- Complete all implementation assignments
- Submit required deliverables
- Actively participate in workshops
- Make good faith efforts to implement the strategies taught
Participants who do not complete the Program requirements will still have access to the materials for the applicable access period, but should not expect the operational results the Program is designed to produce.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. The Program includes immediate digital access to the platform and Program materials on enrolment. Once access has been granted, the full Program has been delivered and no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers are available.
This policy applies regardless of the extent to which a Participant attends live sessions, completes assignments, or uses the platform. Participants are encouraged to review the Program Description in Section 2 and these Terms in full before enrolling.
If Business Masters Enterprises Inc. cancels a cohort or changes its published start date, enrolled Participants may choose to transfer to the next scheduled cohort or receive a full refund of the Program fee.

6. Third-Party Applications & Services
The Program may reference, demonstrate, recommend, discuss, or suggest the use of third-party software platforms, AI tools, automation services, integrations, applications, APIs, websites, hosting providers, or related technologies (“Third-Party Services”).
These may include, but are not limited to:
- ChatGPT / OpenAI
- Claude / Anthropic
- Gemini
- Perplexity
- Lovable
- GoHighLevel
- Zapier
- Make
- Supabase
- Resend
- and other software or AI providers
The Program fee does NOT include subscriptions, licenses, API credits, hosting, software fees, third-party accounts, or paid access to any Third-Party Services unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Participants are solely responsible for evaluating, purchasing, configuring, securing, maintaining, and using any Third-Party Services.
Any agreement, transaction, subscription, or relationship involving a Third-Party Service exists solely between the Participant and the applicable third-party provider.
AI Your Business is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, account suspensions, API limitations, discontinued features, security incidents, data loss, operational disruptions, or damages caused by Third-Party Services.
Participants acknowledge that AI tools may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect outputs, automation systems may fail or behave unpredictably, and implementation decisions carry inherent operational and business risk.
All recommendations, examples, prompts, workflows, templates, and implementation strategies provided within the Program are educational in nature only.
Participants assume all risk associated with implementing AI systems, automations, operational workflows, software integrations, and third-party tools.
Participants are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, testing, approving, and monitoring all AI-generated outputs, workflows, automations, communications, and operational implementations before business use.
7. Platform Access & Availability
Enrollment may include temporary access to the AI Your Business platform, builders, templates, downloads, implementation tools, and related digital resources.
Due to rapid technological change, evolving AI systems, software updates, third-party dependencies, platform modifications, operational improvements, and product development, the platform, features, lessons, prompts, builders, downloads, templates, or implementation resources may change, be updated, be modified, be replaced, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice.
Permanent lifetime access to the platform, course materials, tools, downloads, builders, integrations, or digital resources is not promised.
Access periods may vary by Program structure, enrollment type, or future platform changes.
8. User Accounts & Security
Participants are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, protecting login credentials, and all activity occurring under their accounts.
Participants agree not to share accounts, distribute login credentials, provide unauthorized access, or attempt to circumvent platform security.
AI Your Business reserves the right to suspend accounts, revoke access, terminate participation, or remove users for misuse, disruptive conduct, intellectual property violations, unauthorized sharing, abusive behavior, or violations of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All Program materials are protected intellectual property owned by AI Your Business and/or its licensors.
This includes but is not limited to frameworks, prompts, videos, systems, templates, worksheets, builders, workflows, documentation, implementation processes, and training materials.
Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use only.
Participants may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, or commercially exploit Program materials without prior written permission.
10. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of private Program materials, implementation examples, business discussions, operational frameworks, and information shared by instructors or other Participants.
Participants shall not publicly disclose confidential information obtained through the Program without permission.
11. No Professional Advice
The Program does not provide legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, cybersecurity assurances, HR advice, compliance certifications, employment law guidance, or regulatory consulting.
Participants should consult licensed professionals regarding legal matters, taxes, accounting, cybersecurity, employment, insurance, privacy laws, or regulatory compliance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Your Business, its owners, instructors, affiliates, contractors, employees, coaches, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, business interruption, operational losses, data loss, software failures, implementation issues, cybersecurity incidents, third-party platform failures, automation failures, or business decisions made by Participants.
Participation in the Program is voluntary and undertaken at the Participant’s own risk.
13. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Your Business and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal actions arising from Participant conduct, misuse of the Program, implementation decisions, business operations, AI-generated outputs, or violations of these Terms.
14. Modifications
AI Your Business reserves the right to modify these Terms, update Program content, revise workflows, alter platform functionality, change course structures, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
15. Termination
AI Your Business reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Program for violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior, unauthorized sharing, misuse of materials, or conduct deemed harmful to the Program or its Participants.
No refunds are available in cases involving violations of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of theState of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Acceptance
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
